Being a great stylist is just part of the equation, Dawn provides stellar service to her guests and takes pride in respecting each one of her client’s time by limiting the average visit to 1.5-2 hours in the salon. Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of both our clients and our team, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
